Forest Metadata and Sharing allow the user to view and modify key information (owner, date of creation, etc.) and share the forests with other users.
To share a forest, select the "Share Forest" option in the panel on the left-hand side.
Note that you can only see this option if you are the owner of this forest (who created the forest) or you have admin rights.
The sharing window shows a list of users with different access rights. Select the access right for each user and click "Update"
There are 4 types of access
1 None: the user does not have access to the forest
2 Read: The user can view and update the activity parameters (e.g. status) but can not edit maps or change data in the attribute table.
3 Access: Full access to the forest. The user can view, update and edit the forest.
4 Write Access: Full access to the forest. The user can view, update and edit the forest (Same as access)
To view or edit the Forest properties, the user should open the forest that needs to be edited and find the section "Metadata" that appears on the left-side panel.
Note that you can only see this option if you created the forest, you have writing access to the forest, or you have admin rights. Read-only users cannot edit the forest properties.
