In addition to the transfer of harvester files using HarvestSync, the ForestHQ platform allows the user to load data using the online web portal. This feature can be use to load historical files or as a backup solution when not using HarvestSync.
Below there is a guide of how to get the files from the harvester computer and load them to ForestHQ.

To copy files from the harvester computer running Windows 10 to a USB flash drive, use these steps:
Open File Explorer.
Click on This PC from the left pane.
Connect the removable drive to your PC's USB port.
Quick tip: If you get a notification, click it and select the Open folder to view files option.
Under the "Devices and drives" section, double-click the USB flash drive to see its data.
6. Select the files and folders where the PRI files are.
This depends on you machine configuration
7. Click the Copy to button from the "Home" tab.
8. Click the Choose location option.
9. Select the folder to import files from your PC to a flash drive.
10. Click the Copy button
Once you complete these steps, the files will copy from the removable drive to the computer.
When importing and exporting files, it's usually safer to perform a "copy" instead of a "move" action to prevent losing the files if there's a problem during the transfer. However, once you verified that the files had been copied successfully, you can select and delete all the contents from the USB flash drive.

Machine files can be uploaded in the relevant operation.
The user should navigate to the Operations section and select the relevant operation form the list.
Note that when loading a file from the first time, the operation will be in the "Planned" status. So check that the status filter above the operations list are ticked accordingly.
To upload file, the user should go to the the "Files" section chose the "Upload File" option
The following information has to be provided:
File with the machine production data
Existing Machine from the list
When all the required information is in place, the user would be able to proceed and upload the files.
A notification is provided to show that the files has been uploaded to ForestHQ.

Machine files can be uploaded in the “Files” section.
In this section all the harvester files are listed. All the information related with the files can be checked in this menu. Moreover, the files can be downloaded in every moment and new files can be uploaded to the system.
The “Upload file” option allows the user to start adding machine files to the system.
The following information has to be provided:

Existing Operation from the list
Existing Machine from the list
Select the File with the machine production data: Choose the file to upload. The user can change the display name (optional)
Select an existing operation from the list
Select an existing machine from the list
When all the required information is in place, the user would be able to proceed and upload the files.
A notification is provided to show that the files has been uploaded to ForestHQ.
The new files are added to the files list.
