In ForestHQ the user can plan operations, tasks and track licenses and grants associated to each forest or forest operation.

steps to create license trackers

Licences associated to a Forest property of an operation can created and manage in ForestHQ.

In ForestHQ “Licences” are processes tracking licenses, permissions or grants

To create a new task click on the task section and click on "New License Tracker".

Fill out the required fields:

Name (required): License name or identifier
License Number: License external identifier
Status: License Status
Person: The assigned person
Start date: Planned start date of the License
End date: Planned end date of the License
Forest or Activity: License can be assigned to a forest site or an activity. By default, the License will belong to the activitywhere is being created.
Send email reminder: The system can send an email reminder if the "send notice field" is set and this option is ticked.
Send SMS reminder: The system can send an SMS remainder if the "send notice field" is set and the phone number of the user is set in the system.
Send notice: Days to be sending the remainders before the end date
Notes: Notes can be added to provide additional information.

Created Licenses can be shown in the panel in the left. Tasks can be updated using the "Edit Option"
