The file manager is a good way of storing and keep track of documents associated with forest properties and activities.
To open file manager click on the"file manager" button
In the file manager window you can upload view and send documents.
The file are stored under the tab associated with the file (Budget, FSC Certification, Production. etc.)
To upload files select the folder from the folder drop down menu located in the blue file upload box in which you want to store the file.
To add file simply drag and drop files into the blue file upload box.

To view files click on file name and the file will open.
Files can be downloaded by clicking on the download button.
Files can be emailed by selecting the files to be sent by ticking the select box for the file.
Once all files are selected to be sent click on email the files.
Type the email address or select from drop down menu of client contact details.
